REGISTRATION
AND PARTICIPANT INFORMATION
In the following more detailed information for prospective participants in
Camp Copenhagen 2010 is presented, and there is a link to the application
form.
CRITERIA FOR PARTICIPATION
To participate in Camp Copenhagen 2010, you must
- be between 21 and 25 of age
- be able to understand and speak
English, the language of Camp Copenhagen 2010
- not be a resident of Denmark
- be sponsored by a Rotary Club in your
own country
- have an open mind and an interest in
the objectives of Camp Copenhagen 2010
Camp Copenhagen 2010 is open both
to male and female participants from all cultures and beliefs
Camp Copenhagen 2010 is open both to relatives of Rotarians and to
applicants without family ties to Rotarians
CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION
To participate in Camp Copenhagen 2010, you must
- arrange for your own travel to and
from Copenhagen, Denmark
- pay an administration fee of € 70
- arrange adequate health and accident
insurance inclusive of repatriation coverage
- bring adequate pocket money for
personal necessities (recommended level: US$ or € 150 to 250)
- in applicable cases, arrange for a
visitors visa; you will receive a letter of invitation for visa purposes
AS PARTICIPANT, YOU WILL RECEIVE
- free board and lodging
- transport to and from events and all
entrance fees paid
- a comprehensive program of activities
and events

The registration form is a writeable PDF file. Please read the included
instructions carefully. You should fill out all pertinent information and
print it out (note: you cannot save your information written to the form,
so it is recommended to print an empty form and create a draft before
filling out the final version). As detailed in the form, you must obtain
endorsement from a local Rotary Club; the endorsement does not commit the
Rotary Club to any form of support of your participation and is solely for
character reference. It is recommended that you fill out the form with
your personal details before you approach the Rotary Club. The completed
registration form should be forwarded directly by the Rotary Club through
the proper Rotary channels.
If possible, please also scan and e-mail a copy of the completed form to
the following address, and in any case please send an e-mail indicating
that you have submitted an application and the name of the Rotary Club;
